Functional Intensive Interval Training is part of our small group training program. These supervised sessions are run by a Certified Personal Trainer, who coaches you through a new workout of each day.

These sessions offer total body functional movements, utilizing TRX, RIP, Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Ropes, Rowers, Skiers, Sleds, Sandbags, Slam Balls, BOSU Balls, and many other modalities and tools that will prepare you to meet and exceed daily life activities, challenges that will come, and get you in the best health and shape of your life!
