What is DEKA?
DEKA is a modern-day indoor "decathlon" of functional fitness created by Spartan Race, featuring 10 standardized fitness zones designed for all levels. It focuses on training with a purpose, using basic movements like lunges, rowing, and carries to test strength, endurance, and speed.
DEKA STRONG is an indoor functional fitness competition created by Spartan, featuring 10 standardized fitness zones designed to test strength and endurance without any running.
